Located on Lake Fairlee in Fairlee, Vermont, this project involved the conversion of an existing screened porch into a fully enclosed, four-season living space.

The work required structural modifications to the original exterior wall, including the addition of steel to create a more open layout and improve connection to the main living area. The result is a continuous space that expands the usable footprint of the home and takes advantage of lake views.

The enclosure features Marvin Ultimate windows and sliding doors, along with a mahogany entry door. Interior finishes include a combination of hardwood flooring and stone, with beaded trim detailing at windows and doors.

The space is insulated and conditioned with a heat pump system, allowing for year-round use.

Completed in winter 2025.
