Completed in summer 2025, this project involved the construction of a 1,300 square foot farmhouse in Corinth, VT designed in close collaboration with the homeowners.

The project reused an existing foundation, requiring coordination between design and construction to align the new structure with existing conditions. The layout and structure were developed to work within those constraints while meeting the needs of the new home.

The design process translated a collection of reference imagery into a cohesive, buildable plan. Marvin Elevate windows and doors were used throughout, contributing to a durable, classic appearance.
