Completed in fall 2025, this 1,800 square foot building in Thetford, VT includes an art studio on one side and a garage on the other, organized under a single structure with 14-foot ceilings throughout.

The project utilized panelized wall and roof framing to accelerate construction, allowing the building to be framed and dried in in just over a week. The structure is insulated and conditioned with a heat pump system for year-round use.

A standing seam metal roof and metal siding were selected for long-term durability and minimal maintenance.
